1. Focus on what is being read.  Listen very attentively and with a critical ear. Be as thorough as you hope your evaluator will be.
2. Take notes
3. When there is something you don't understand, explain why you are confused. What specific questions need to be answered so that the passage is clear.
4. When there is something you don't like, offer constructive feedback.   Provide multiple suggestions .
5. When tables are turned & others are evaluating your work, don't be on the offensive.  Be open to comments Encourage honesty.
