Reflections on Dreams

Pay attention to your dreams as they mare a key to your heart's deepest
longings. Consider transforming your dreams into a reality by transforming
them into long-range goals and short-range goals with deadlines.
Take Ten
What stands between us and a dream is often something as simple as a
ten-minute-a-day exercise. For example,
a brisk ten minute walk for cardio vascular health
a 10-minute weight exercise for transforming flab into muscles
a 10-minute review of class notes to master memorization
a 10-minute-a-day regime for cleaning
out clutter
a 10-minute an
evening reading/meditation session to make sense out of the day
a 10-minute a day reading program to read those items that have been
piling up
Stephen Covey invites his readers to ask themselves the following question:
What one simple action, if done repeatedly, 5 days a week, would significantly
improve the quality of your life?
I invite you to seriously ponder this question.
Is there a connection between your answer and your dreams
Might your answer be a short stepping stone to your dreams
Recall that the basic difference between a stepping stone and a stumbling
block is what YOU decide to do with that stone that you run against in your
journey of life.
Can you think of a time when you transformed a stumbling block into a
stepping stone?
Read and
