Accessing Your Grades from Web

1.  Type the following URL  www.online.commnet.edu

2.  Click on: "Login."

3.  Type in your user ID# using the @ sign along with you 8 digit number

4.  Enter your PIN # (this is your birth date - must be 6 characters).

Press enter.

5.  Re-enter your PIN #.  Hit tab key.  Enter new PI N# (must be 6 characters).

Hit tab key and re-enter your new PIN#.

Make sure you remember your new PIN#. Old # is no longer valid.

6.  Click on "Login."

7. Click on "Continue."

8.  Click on "Student Services & Financial Aid."

9. Click on "Student Records"

10 click on "Academic History."

11.  Make sure Transcript Level is "TRCTC Credit."

12.  Click on "Display Transcript."

You may make a printout, but remember that this is NOT an official transcript.  You must go to the Registrar's office for the official transcript.

When finished, please exit program.
