FIVE GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW FOR A GREAT JOURNAL
Years from now when you find your journal it’ll help to know what you were writing about.
· Be Spontaneous: Whatever comes to mind is what you should write in you journal, don’t ever pause because your journal is written for you. It’s not a paper to be handed in to be graded.
· Be Honest: Always write the truth in your journal. You won’t be able to reflect on the situations or feelings you have if they are fake.
· Be Creative: Show your “true” self in your journal. Personalize it any way you want.
· Dive Deep: Take time to write about subjects that are important to you. The more you explore a topic the more you’ll learn.
