hat does it say about you?

The first 30 seconds make or break the connection between two people when they meet (University of Toledo psychology study)

Monster.Com reports that 93 percent of a person's communication effectiveness is determined by nonverbal communication.

Therefore, recall the Three V's

  1. Visual (appearance) - when you look good you feel good. Appearance counts.
  2. Vocal (voice) - do you convey energy and enthusiasm. A firm voice says "confidence"
  3. Verbal (What you say) - how are your communication/interaction skills? Do you know the proper jargon?
