The first access needs to be done at the college.

Once you have accessed your account while on campus, you can then retrieve your mail through an account away from school, from home for example. Directions for remove access are below:

For your first access, usernames for all accounts are the first letter of your first name followed by the complete spelling of your last name (this will not be case sensitive). Passwords will be the capitalized first letter of your last name following by you 8-digis Banner ID number, not including the @ sign. Example:

user name:   wshakespeare

Password: S99999999
